Description
NACHC seeks an organizational change management partner to support its transition to a new learning management system. The selected consultant will work with NACHC teams and the separately selected LMS vendor on organizational alignment and governance; pricing processes for free, member-based, and fee-based learning; content prioritization and migration planning; staff and learner workflows; user acceptance testing; measurement and evaluation; training; communications; and launch readiness. The engagement also includes initial post-launch support and recommendations for ongoing improvement. The proposal must include a narrative and work plan, capability statement, project timeline, and deliverable-based budget using the provided template, along with the signed electronic attestation. The narrative is limited to six pages and the capability statement to three pages, excluding work samples. Submissions must be posted as PDFs through NACHC's web-based portal. The stated budget is up to $90,000; the project period is December 2026 through June 30, 2027, with a possible extension into July–August 2027.
