Description
The City of Midland is seeking an as-needed annual supply of polymer and copper sulfate for its Water Reclamation Facility from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The requested quantities are 180,000 pounds of CLARIFLOC CE-2271 polymer and 24,500 pounds of copper sulfate. The polymer must meet the attached specifications, and copper sulfate must comply with AWWA B403 and ANSI/NSF Standard 60. Bidders proposing an equivalent polymer brand must identify it and provide manufacturer literature; bidders must also provide descriptive literature clearly identifying each offered item. Delivery is required within 7–10 days after receipt of order for polymer, and copper sulfate deliveries require 24–48 hours’ advance notice. Freight and unloading are included in the bid.
