The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for replacement parts for MTU 20V4000 engines and 154-foot medium endurance cutters. The attached parts list identifies 47 line items, including dampers, intercooler elbows, oil lines, tubes, sealing cones, nuts, clamps, connectors, coolant elbows, filters, sensors, rings, gaskets, springs, bushings, and a removal tool. Several items require OEM sourcing, including MTU 20V parts and an exhaust elbow for a 154-foot medium endurance cutter. Quotes will be evaluated on completeness of the requirement, ability to meet the required delivery timeframe, and price. Proposed substitutions must include specification sheets for compatibility review. Pricing must include delivery and freight, and shipment must be FOB destination. Materials must be packaged using military packaging, marked and barcoded in accordance with the stated military standards, and accompanied by an itemized packing list. Delivery is required by October 9, 2026.
