Submission Instructions
Description
School District U-46 is soliciting bids for high school choir curriculum resources, including music theory and sight-singing textbooks, teacher resources, digital subscriptions and licenses, choral folders, music lap boards, cajons, djembes, stands, microphones, cables, shakers, and portable speakers. Bidders must price the specified items in Appendices A and B, identify make/model information, confirm whether proposed items are exact matches, and state expected equipment lead times. The District may award the bid in whole or in part to one or multiple vendors. The agreement will run for five years from Board approval or notice of award, whichever occurs first, with no automatic renewal. Required response materials include a title page, completed pricing sheets and specification acknowledgment, signed bid form, delivery response, warranty information, three similar-project references, a litigation statement, and required vendor certifications and consents. Deliveries must be made to the District's distribution center within 30 days of purchase order issuance, with unloading and assembly included where applicable. The solicitation also requires specified insurance coverage and electronic submission through the designated procurement portal.
