Description
INCA Community Services is soliciting bids for Category Two network services and equipment for Funding Year 2027. The scope includes three-year subscriptions for firewall services and components covering eight NetGate 4200 units and one NetGate 8200 unit, as well as three-year WatchGuard UISP Wi-Fi licensing for five AP330 wireless access points. Installation and configuration are required, and proposed equipment must be compatible with the existing NetGate and WatchGuard environment. The procurement also includes managed internal broadband services for existing district-owned equipment, including antennas and bridge components, CAT6e cabling, NetGate firewalls and routers, racks, switches, APC Smart-UPS units, WatchGuard AP330 access points, and a WatchGuard Cloud controller. Bidders must submit a complete project bid, include the required C2 Cover Page, provide compatibility documentation and manufacturer authorization or certification where applicable, identify all fees and taxes, and comply with E-rate participation and lowest-corresponding-price requirements. Refurbished equipment and equipment from manufacturers identified as national security threats by the Federal Communications Commission are not acceptable.
