LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS [FIRST NOTICE] PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES CITY OF GARDEN CITY, IDAHO The City of Garden City, Idaho, invites statements of qualifications from licensed professional engineering firms for professional engineering services related to THE BOISE RIVER FLOOD MAP REVISION / LOMR APPLICATION PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES PROJECT. RFQ Number: RFQFY2026-0001 Project Summary: The City seeks to retain a professional engineer to provide professional engineering services for the preparation and submission of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the Boise River floodplain within the Garden City corporate limits. Services will include coordination with the City of Boise and its consultant HDR Engineering, Inc., technical review of two-dimensional hydraulic modeling work affecting Garden City, preparation of FEMA MT-2 Forms and supporting digital documentation, development of

The City of Garden City seeks a licensed professional engineering firm to provide services for preparation and submission of a Letter of Map Revision application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the Boise River floodplain within the city's corporate limits.
