Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for participating Indiana public libraries. Requested services include symmetrical, scalable bandwidth from approximately 10 Mbps up to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput at each library location and laddered pricing. Services may include installation and initial configuration, and bandwidth may increase during the contract term. Monthly data caps and speed reductions based on metered usage are prohibited. The State intends to award one or more four-year contracts with no renewals, beginning July 1, 2027, contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. Mandatory response components include an executive summary, cost, business, and technical proposals; the completed Attestation Form; an infrastructure overview; artificial-intelligence technical proposal responses; and reference check forms. Respondents must be registered with the Indiana Department of Administration and submit through the State Supplier Portal.
