Description
The City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma is seeking bids for the supply of all grades of concrete, flowable fill, and grout. Concrete must meet Oklahoma Department of Transportation Specifications Section 701. The contract will be for one year starting October 7, 2026, with no guaranteed minimum quantity. The city reserves the right to purchase from alternate suppliers if needed. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal form with a noncollusion affidavit.
