Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, is soliciting internet access and WAN connectivity services for participating public library locations. The requirements include symmetrical bandwidth scalable from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for internet access and up to 2 Gbps for standalone data transmission, guaranteed throughput to each library location, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions. Installation and initial configuration are required. The State intends to award a four-year contract with zero renewals to one or more providers, beginning July 1, 2027, contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. Mandatory response components include an executive summary, cost, business, and technical proposals; an attestation form; infrastructure overview; artificial-intelligence technical proposal responses; and reference checks. Responses must comply with the stated State and E-Rate requirements.
