Description
The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, consultation, and reporting for on-base and off-base injury prevention and mitigation, rehabilitation exercise, and human performance optimization services. The program is designed around the physical needs of fighter pilots, including multidisciplinary conditioning focused on movement and strengthening of the spinal musculoskeletal system and specialized spinal-health services. The solicitation includes base and two option years, with services covering approximately 35 customers and separate on-base and off-base service line items. Proposals must address technical capability, key personnel, project management and staffing, equipment and supplies, understanding of the required work and reporting requirements, past performance, and price. Services must comply with the Performance Work Statement, quality assurance requirements, and applicable Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care standards.
