Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a contractor to maintain the Jefferson Barracks campus grounds, including weekly growing-season mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, debris and leaf removal, hedge and shrub maintenance, and seasonal fertilizer, seed, and pest-treatment applications. The contractor must provide the labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies, maintain required pesticide/herbicide licenses and application records, and meet the stated quality and safety requirements. The five-year IDIQ also includes as-needed non-growing-season work and separately quoted, authorized emergency landscaping, such as tree or stump removal. Emergency requests require a response and quote within four hours of COR contact. The solicitation requires experience and technical submissions, including relevant grounds-maintenance projects and an equipment and operational plan.
