Description
The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles is soliciting proposals for professional wrapping services for 28 fleet vehicles, including cargo vans, minivans, and box trucks. The scope includes initial wrapping of 11 newer white vehicles, removal of existing graphics from 17 older vehicles, installation of new Court-approved designs, vehicle measurement, and design modifications needed to fit individual vehicle dimensions. Any design alterations require Court approval before application. Work must be performed at the contractor’s designated location, with the Court responsible for vehicle drop-off and pickup. The contractor must provide a vehicle wrapping schedule for Court approval before work begins, coordinate scheduling with the Court’s Project Manager, and identify a contractor Project Manager. Completed vehicles will be inspected and accepted by the Court. A three-year warranty on workmanship and certified film products is required. Proposals must include an Executive Summary, Work Plan, staff qualifications and resumes, and required electronic forms, including the Vendor Information Questionnaire and Cost Proposal.
