Description
Peoria County is soliciting sealed proposals for three highway construction projects: Airport Road Bridge Repair, including PPC deck beam replacement, bridge rail, guardrail, and related work; Koerner Road Resurfacing, including hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, temporary bridge traffic signals, waterproofing membrane installation, pavement markings, and related work; and Willow Knolls Road Bridge Rehabilitation over the Union Pacific Railroad, including pavement resurfacing, guardrail, and related work. Bidders must meet the qualification requirements in Section 102, “Bidding Requirements and Conditions,” of the Illinois Department of Transportation Standard Specifications effective January 1, 2022. Proposal guarantees are required, and award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to the County’s right to reject bids or waive technicalities.
