Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, is soliciting Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for public library consortium members. The requested services include symmetrical bandwidth scalable from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput to each library location and laddered pricing. Services may not include monthly data caps or bandwidth or speed reductions based on metered usage. The State intends to award a four-year contract with zero renewals, beginning July 1, 2027, subject to successful E-Rate funding. Mandatory response components include an executive summary, Cost Proposal, Business Proposal, Technical Proposal, Attestation Form, Infrastructure Overview, and Artificial Intelligence Technical Proposal Questions, along with the required supporting documents and reference check forms. Responses must comply with applicable E-Rate, state, and local procurement requirements.
