Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks E-Rate-eligible Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for public library consortium members. The requested services include symmetrical bandwidth scalable from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput to each library location and laddered pricing. Services may need to scale over the contract term, and monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions are prohibited. The project is contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals to one or more respondents. Proposals must include the required executive summary, business, technical, cost, and attestation materials, along with the specified supporting documents, and must follow the supplied templates and original-format requirements.
