Description
The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing equipment and provide, install, integrate, and commission two independent 8-ton computer room air conditioning units, with redundant pumps, dry coolers, piping, and flexible ductwork. The system must maintain specified temperature and humidity levels, provide automatic failover and monthly rotation, and include training, manuals, and operating documentation. The work also includes monthly preventative maintenance, service calls, replacement-parts support, and 24/7 emergency repair capability. The contractor must provide system logs and service reports, respond to routine service calls by the next business day, and arrive on site within two hours for emergency calls. Quotes must include the completed quote schedule and a technical proposal of no more than seven pages; the technical proposal is evaluated as acceptable or unacceptable, with award based on the lowest evaluated price among acceptable offers.
