Description
The Virgin Islands Port Authority is soliciting quotes from licensed firms to supply and deliver a broad inventory of household goods and cleaning supplies to its Purchasing Warehouse for properties throughout the St. Croix District. The requested items include cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, detergents, bleach, floor-care products, paper products, trash and sanitary liners, disposable food-service items, mops, brooms, squeegees, dispensers, gloves, protective gowns, face shields, pest-control products, and related janitorial supplies. The solicitation contains 84 bid lines with specified quantities and units of measure, and bidders must provide pricing and indicate whether they are bidding each line item. The contract is stated to run for 11 months, with a one-year extension at the Authority’s discretion. Multiple awards may be made. Required submission materials include a current business license, completed and signed Form W-9, corporate formation documents, a certificate of general liability insurance and declaration page meeting the Authority’s additional-insured and certificate-holder requirements, and a SAM debarment certification. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Authority’s e-procurement platform.
