Description
Western School Corporation is soliciting proposals for Category One internet access and data transmission service with bandwidth from approximately 50 Mbps to 500 Mbps. Service will be delivered to the district’s head-end at Western High School and is expected to begin July 1, 2027. The requirement includes approximately one IPv4 address, with optional pricing for additional IPv4 addresses and technically equivalent IPv6 addresses. Proposals must describe the services, any required construction or installation, provider-owned onsite handoff equipment, and a timeline demonstrating service delivery by July 1, 2027. Pricing must separately identify recurring costs, nonrecurring costs, fees, service tiers, and any applicable discounts or purchasing agreements. Respondents must also provide a proposed service-level agreement, three similar-service reference sites with contact information, and an E-Rate SPIN number. The project is contingent on obtaining E-Rate funding, and bidders must comply with applicable E-Rate requirements.
