Description
Sealy Independent School District is soliciting bids for Category One dedicated internet access at its facility at 939 Tiger Lane, Sealy, Texas. Vendors must provide pricing for 2 Gbps, 4 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps options, including guaranteed synchronous bandwidth, a leased router, all installation charges, and a three-year service term. The proposal must also identify the monthly cost for up to 12 months of month-to-month service if the district transitions to another provider after the initial or renewal term, and must identify any ineligible bundled services for cost allocation. For Category Two internal connections, the district requests five-year licensing for 222 existing Meraki wireless access points. Licensing must be compatible with the existing Meraki network; the entire project must be bid, refurbished equipment is not accepted, and the required C2 Cover Page and compatibility documentation must be included. Bidders must participate in the applicable E-rate funding year, provide a valid SPIN, offer the lowest corresponding price, permit SPIN changes, and allow the district to choose SPI or BEAR discount methods. Awards are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
