Description
The United Nations Development Programme Tunisia is seeking a specialized firm to support six small and medium-sized enterprises, organized into two groups of three, with access to financing. The scope includes financial and commercial diagnostics, financial-structuring reports, customized business plans and investment or financing schemes, market and risk analyses, investment memoranda, and follow-up on identifying and engaging potential investors and financial institutions. The engagement is expected to comprise 64 working days over eight months. The solicitation requires a technical proposal, financial proposal, company profile, legal and registration documents, recent-project references, satisfactory-performance certificates from three similar clients, signed key-personnel CVs, and a methodology note. Evaluation is weighted 70% technical and 30% financial, with minimum experience requirements including at least five years supporting SME financial structuring and fundraising, five successful fundraising transactions including two exceeding $1 million, and relevant international-development-program references.
