Description
The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure a vendor for comprehensive equipment service and maintenance of the Rockwell Automation System. This system is critical for operating the Central Air Conditioning Plant and River Front Pumping Station, which together provide heating and air conditioning to approximately 12 million square feet of the Empire State Plaza. Additionally, the system controls a separate chilled water system that provides cooling to all computer room data centers at the Plaza. The selected contractor must have been in the business of servicing and maintaining a redundant Rockwell Automation Network Server System for at least the past five years and must hold a current Rockwell Automation Integrator Toolkit Agreement held for the same period. Subcontractors are not permitted.
