Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, single-award purchase order from authorized small-business vendors for one brand-name-only Imaging Business Machines L.L.C. Fusion 8300 high-speed scanner. The requirement includes the scanner, specified computer and accessory components, FADGI scanning and barcode software, software configuration, installation, and shipping/handling, as detailed in the bill of materials. Partial quotes and partial awards will not be accepted; the requirement will be awarded on an all-or-none basis. Products must be new, TAA-compliant, non-refurbished, and procured directly from the original equipment manufacturer; grey-market products and direct drop shipments from the OEM to the Government are prohibited. An authorized reseller letter is required with the quote, and the quotation must state the delivery timeframe, with delivery required no later than 30 days after receipt of order. The award will be made to a responsible offeror whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest firm-fixed price.
