Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks a contractor to provide statewide Internet access and WAN connectivity for approximately 144 public library systems and approximately 255 locations. Services must provide scalable symmetrical bandwidth from 10 Mbps up to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, guaranteed throughput, no monthly data caps or metered speed reductions, and all required customer-premises equipment, including routers, switches, and circuit terminations. The scope includes installation and configuration, 24/7/365 network monitoring and customer support, a 99.99% availability SLA, quality-of-service commitments, reporting, equipment training, annual bandwidth consulting, E-Rate assistance, and a dedicated account services manager. Optional services include firewall, filtering, bandwidth shaping, disaster recovery, hosting, VoIP, LAN diagnostics, and related engineering or cross-connect services. The State intends to award a four-year contract with zero renewals, contingent on obtaining E-Rate funding. Proposals must include the Executive Summary, Attachments D, E, F, and J, Infrastructure Overview, AI Technical Proposal Questions, and Reference Check Forms.
