Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking providers to establish non-exclusive, zone-based long-term agreements for taxi and cab services across India. Services include local point-to-point trips, airport and railway transfers, hourly rentals, outstation travel, and monthly dedicated vehicles, with bidders able to quote for one or more of five geographic zones. Required vehicle categories range from economy cars to premium sedans, SUVs, minibuses, and electric vehicles. Providers must meet vehicle, driver, booking, tracking, safety, and service-level requirements, including vehicle age and condition standards, valid permits and insurance, driver licensing and background checks, 24/7 booking support, and timely replacement vehicles. Bidders must submit zone-specific pricing and demonstrate at least three years of passenger-transport experience and service to at least two similar corporate clients. Agreements are initially for one year, with possible extension by mutual consent and satisfactory performance; there is no guaranteed service volume.
