Description
The U.S. Army is conducting market research for a potential firm-fixed-price lease of 40 commercial, non-tactical vehicles to support operations in Jordan. The anticipated fleet consists of nine full-size SUVs, 21 mid-size SUVs, seven crew-cab pickup trucks, and three passenger vans. Vehicles must be commercial off-the-shelf, model year 2025 or newer, fully operational at delivery, commercially registered in Jordan, and covered by comprehensive and third-party liability insurance authorizing operation by U.S. military, Department of Defense civilian, and authorized contractor personnel. The anticipated requirement includes delivery, full-service preventive and corrective maintenance, daily maintenance reporting, 24-hour loaner or replacement support, two-hour recovery response, vehicle replacement under specified mileage, age, or recurring-maintenance conditions, and end-of-term return. Respondents are asked to provide a capability statement, relevant fleet-leasing past performance in Jordan or the CENTCOM area within the last five years, maintenance and logistics capabilities, optional package capabilities, and optional rough-order-of-magnitude monthly pricing clearly marked as not an offer.
