Description
Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, managed by Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price proposal for 25 cryogenic reclosable pressure safety relief valves for the PIP-II accelerator cryomodule helium volumes. The requirement includes 18 valves with API-K orifice selection, six with API-L orifice selection, and one with API-J or API-K orifice selection. Valves must support cryogenic helium service, balanced-bellows operation, ASME Section VIII NB/UV certification, API 526 body geometry, API 527 leak tightness, KEL-F (PCTFE) seats, EPDM static seals, radiation tolerance, and specified flange, pressure, flow, labeling, and in-situ testing requirements. The selected subcontractor must manufacture, assemble, inspect, test, package, and deliver the valves. The proposal must include technical compliance documentation, product literature and datasheets, calculations, drawings, materials information, a delivery schedule, exceptions and deviations, relevant experience from three similar projects completed within the past five years, the completed pricing sheet, and required proposal certifications. Delivery is DAP or FOB Destination to the Fermilab site in Batavia, Illinois, depending on shipment origin.
