Description
The U.S. Department of State is soliciting quotations for specified brand-name gate spare parts for the U.S. Consulate General Erbil. The requirement includes gate operator motors, limit sensors and switches, pump packs, hydraulic fluid, manual release hardware, controller keypads and boards, Ethernet adapters, M12 cables, variable-speed drives, DIN-rail power supplies, an inverter charger, safety light curtains, and related Smart Touch gate equipment. Quantities and exact manufacturers, models, and part numbers are listed in the attachments. Equivalent, substitute, or alternative products will not be accepted; only the specified brand and complete model or part number, or an officially designated replacement from the same manufacturer for a discontinued item, may be offered. Vendors must submit separate technical and commercial packages, including photographs and specifications of the proposed items, pricing inclusive of delivery costs, estimated delivery date, warranty and after-sales support information, and the required telecommunications compliance representation when applicable. Award is expected as a firm-fixed-price purchase order to a technically acceptable offeror with the lowest total evaluated price.
