Description
Lone Star College System is seeking a cloud-native enterprise video platform for faculty and students to create, manage, caption, live-stream, assess, and analyze instructional media. Mandatory capabilities include hosted streaming with a 99.9% uptime SLA, desktop/browser/mobile recording and editing, accessibility compliance, AI captioning, SSO, LTI 1.3/Advantage and D2L Brightspace integration, grade passback, analytics, governance, APIs, and secure offline mobile viewing. The vendor must provide implementation, migration of legacy YuJa media including captions, quizzes, and metadata, LMS link remediation, training, documentation, support, service-level and disaster-recovery documentation, and a staging or release-preview environment. The solicitation anticipates a five-year pricing structure consisting of Years 1 through 5, with pricing effective for up to three years from award and two additional one-year renewal terms. Responses require completion of the compliance spreadsheet, electronic bid attributes and line items, a current W-9, at least three similar references, insurance documentation, and any applicable Form 1295 filing documentation.
