Description
The Government of The Bahamas, through the Ministry of Youth, Sport & Culture, is requesting a quote for event-production services and equipment for the Best of the Best event at Montague Foreshore from December 3 through December 6, 2026. The scope includes a 30-by-30-foot roofed stage with stairs and stage dressing, an LED video/graphics backdrop, a concert PA system with live-broadcast audio patching, musical backline equipment, and comprehensive stage lighting including LED pars, moving lights, hazers, CO2 blasters, and lighting controls. The quote must also include a 30-by-40-foot raised VIP stage/platform with roof, skirt, weather flaps, stairs, railing, programmable LED uplighting, six electrical outlets, and one mounted 50- to 60-inch television. Pricing must account for a generator, concert-stage ballasts, crane rental, and associated costs. A 10% VAT should be added if applicable.
