Description
The City of Bakersfield is seeking authorized resellers or partners to provide new Ocularis Ultimate camera licenses as specified in the electronic bid line items. Substitutions are not permitted, and bidders must provide an OEM letter confirming authorized reseller or partner status. Products must be OEM and new; grey-market, refurbished, used, recycled, or otherwise nonconforming components will not be accepted. This is an electronic, line-item RFQ with a lump-sum award structure. Bidders must submit pricing through the PlanetBids portal, include shipping or delivery charges in the line items, and exclude sales tax from quoted prices. The City may purchase greater or lesser quantities than the approximate estimates and does not guarantee a minimum or maximum quantity. Delivery is to 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California 93301, where no loading dock or forklift is available. The solicitation identifies an SLC end date of November 30, 2027.
