Description
Westfield-Washington Schools seeks symmetrical Internet Access and Data Transmission Services providing approximately 8 Gbps, scalable to 10 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput to the district’s head-end. The selected provider must supply approximately 30 public IPv4 addresses, offer pricing in approximately 1 Gbps increments, provide DDoS mitigation as a separately itemized ineligible service, and include any provider-owned onsite equipment needed for the service handoff. Respondents should describe the network pathway, available resiliency and firewall features, and any installation or special construction costs. The proposal must include a Service Level Agreement addressing 99.99% network availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, two-hour diagnosis, four-hour temporary or permanent repair, chronic-trouble remedies, and monthly and annual service reporting. The requested contract is a three-year term with up to two optional one-year extensions. Responses must include service and construction details, complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing, the proposed SLA, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract. The provider must support E-Rate discounted invoicing and separate eligible and ineligible costs.
