Description
The State of California, Department of Rehabilitation is requesting quotes for twelve (12) cold beverage vending machines to be installed at Corcoran State Prison. The machines must meet specific requirements including ADA compliance, energy efficiency standards, and NAMA listing. They must be capable of accepting various bill denominations and coins, have a user-friendly interface, and include a warranty. The vendor will be responsible for delivery, installation, setup, testing, and removal of existing machines. Installation includes ensuring the machines are level, operational, and that staff are trained on their features. All crating and packaging materials must be removed and disposed of off-site. The vendor must also provide an offer for the trade-in value of the existing machines or declare their disposal to a recycler, submitting a recycling receipt with the invoice. Background checks will be required for installation personnel.
