Description
The project involves constructing a 50,000-gallon water tower in the Village of Latham, including related piping, appurtenances, and associated costs. The project is funded in whole or in part through the Community Development Block Grant program and is subject to federal prevailing-wage requirements, Section 3 requirements, and Build America, Buy America requirements for covered products. Bidders must submit an Intent to Comply with Section 3 Requirements with their bid. A bid security instrument equal to 5% of the total bid is required.
