Description
Godwin Heights Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for an addition and renovations at its high school. Bidders must have at least five years of successful experience on work of this type and scope, hold any license required by the relevant public authorities, and have sufficient financial resources for the project. Each bid must include bid security of at least 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance, labor, and material bonds for contracts exceeding $50,000, each for the full contract amount. A sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement must accompany each bid. Bids must be submitted in triplicate; faxed, emailed, and BuildingConnected-uploaded bids are not accepted. A construction pre-bid site inspection is scheduled, and attendance is encouraged but not required.
