Description
The Township of Middletown intends to purchase one John Deere 524P wheel loader for its Public Works Department from Jesco through Sourcewell national cooperative contract 011723-JDC—Heavy Construction Equipment. This is a notice of intent to award under a national cooperative purchasing agreement, not a conventional competitive solicitation. The notice provides an opportunity to comment on the proposed purchase.
