Description
Lehi City is soliciting proposals for the design, procurement, delivery, and supervised installation of a playground system for children ages 5–12 at Olympic Park. The approximately 2,500-square-foot play area requires new playground equipment, engineered wood fiber surfacing, safety and usage signage, and compliance with applicable federal, CPSC, ASTM, IPEMA, and ADA requirements. The existing playground, footings, and surfacing will be removed by the City. Proposals must include separate pricing for equipment, surfacing, freight, and installation; concepts and dimensional layouts; component images, materials and color selections, play activities, estimated equipment life, manufacturer warranty information, and compliance documentation. The awarded contractor must provide installation supervision by the manufacturer or a qualified certified representative, all installation tools and equipment, temporary protective fencing, completion documentation, and the manufacturer's warranty. The allocated maximum amount is $115,000, and the project must be completed no later than April 30, 2027.
