Description

The New York Power Authority is seeking one or more vendors to create an Enterprise Knowledge Management function supporting the documentation, sharing, reuse, search, and governance of organizational knowledge. The requested solution includes an enterprise knowledge platform with unified, permission-aware search across repositories; semantic and ontology management; knowledge graphs; automated classification, tagging, metadata generation, and content enrichment; knowledge-asset creation from documents, videos, transcripts, and knowledge-transfer events; and a centralized lessons-learned management tool with workflows, analytics, recommendations, and integrations. The engagement also includes business-process and solution-design services; configuration and deployment in development, test, quality-assurance, and production environments; architecture and technical documentation; testing and user-acceptance support; training, change management, and three months of post-go-live support; and project-management deliverables. Responses must address the Vendor Capabilities Response Form, Cost Proposal, proposed organization and staffing, Technology Assessment, Ariba questions and attachments, and applicable diversity-goal documentation. Suppliers may respond to one or more portions of the scope and may propose subcontracting, joint-venture, or co-production arrangements.
