Description
The Town of Comox is seeking consulting services to complete a comprehensive labour market study and develop an implementation-ready workforce framework for the Comox Valley. The work includes updating and strengthening labour market information, compiling and analyzing data, engaging stakeholders, identifying short- and long-term workforce needs and structural constraints affecting workforce participation, and developing practical, implementation-ready actions. The consultant will manage the research, analysis, engagement, strategy development, and reporting required for the final labour market study and workforce framework. Proponents may recommend additional methods that clearly improve the quality or usefulness of the final deliverables.
