Description
Utah County is soliciting bids for the drilling and development of a new water well, Lincoln Beach Well #2. The project includes mobilization/demobilization, auger drilling of a minimum 26-inch diameter borehole to 100 feet, rotary drilling of a 17.5-inch borehole to approximately 500 feet, collection of formation samples, geophysical logging, installation of 12-inch diameter blank casing and louvered screen, artificial gravel pack, dual swab well development, test pump equipment with 1,000 gpm capacity, well development and pump testing, well disinfection, plumbness and alignment tests, and video well logging. Optional items include exploratory hole abandonment, LCM usage, HCL acid treatment, and water quality zone sampling.
