Description
The City of Paterson is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of twelve 2026 or newer Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Model FLTRXP, or equal products. Bids must include a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check equal to 10% of the bid, capped at $20,000, along with consent of surety from a bonding company. Bidders must also comply with applicable New Jersey equal employment opportunity requirements and provide a New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Certificate.
