Description
Waldron District Library is requesting proposals for Category 1 Internet access and data transmission services with a minimum capacity of 100 Mbps and a maximum capacity of 1 Gbps. The requested solution includes domain name registration, at least one static IP address, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, a maximum four-hour service response time on a 24/7 basis, and itemization of provider-owned equipment required for connectivity and all components eligible for E-Rate funding. The proposal must be firm fixed price and identify any non-eligible products or services separately. Vendors must have an E-Rate SPIN, maintain the required service-provider certification, and have active SAM.gov registration. The scope also calls for end-to-end maintenance of equipment used to deliver the services and web-based access to statistical analyses. The buyer will evaluate price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and the ability to support growth and change. Implementation is contingent on Universal Service Fund funding approval.
