Description
Jefferson County Public Library is seeking a provider for symmetrical Internet access and standalone lit WAN data transmission services. Internet service must provide guaranteed throughput at approximately 2 Gbps, scalable to approximately 5 Gbps, with laddered pricing in 1 Gbps increments and approximately 10 public IPv4 addresses; optional IPv6 pricing may also be provided. WAN service must connect the library’s main site with Hanover Branch Library and provide 1–5 Gbps pricing options, with the ability to change service levels during the contract term. Installation and initial configuration are required. The requested service is contingent on E-Rate funding, must support discounted-invoice processing through the E-Rate SPI form, and must separate eligible and ineligible services by line item. Proposals must be specific to the requirements, submitted in a copyable format, include all associated costs, identify any exceptions, and comply with applicable E-Rate rules. The applicant is considering a three- or five-year contract with possible voluntary extensions; open-ended or automatically renewing terms are not acceptable.
