Description
Moose Pass Public Library seeks bids for bundled internet access and data transport, with download bandwidth options from 50 Mbps to 5 Gbps where available. Fiber and non-fiber solutions are acceptable, and service may be symmetrical or asymmetrical. Proposals must specify download and upload speeds, transport technology and last-/middle-mile methods, contention ratio or dedicated-circuit status, usage limits and charges, and any required leased equipment with make and model. Pricing must itemize recurring and non-recurring charges, installation and activation, equipment, surcharges, and usage-based charges sufficiently to show total cost. A one-year pricing option is mandatory; multi-year and month-to-month proposals are also considered. Bidders must have a valid SPIN/498 ID and support discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method. Responses must specifically address this request and arrive no earlier than the allowable contract date and within the stated 30-calendar-day response window.
