Description
Ninilchik Community Library seeks proposals for bundled internet access and data transport at multiple bandwidth levels from 50 Mbps to 5 Gbps, where available. Fiber and non-fiber solutions are acceptable, and service may be symmetrical or asymmetrical. Bidders must specify download and upload speeds, transport technologies for last-mile and middle-mile segments, contention or dedicated-circuit status, data limits and overage charges, and any required leased equipment with make and model. Pricing must itemize recurring and non-recurring charges, installation and activation, equipment, surcharges, and usage-based charges sufficiently to show total cost. A one-year pricing option is mandatory; multi-year and month-to-month proposals are also considered. The bidder must have a valid SPIN/498 ID and support discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method. Installation and initial configuration are indicated in the service request.
