Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking a rental service for floor mats and mop heads for the Department of Aviation. This is a requirements contract, meaning quantities will be ordered on an as-needed basis. The contract term is an initial period of 12 months, with options to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The service includes the supply, cleaning, and replacement of floor mats and mop heads at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). The contractor will be responsible for providing initial supplies and then exchanging used items for freshly laundered ones on a bi-weekly basis. Damaged or defective items must be replaced within 24 hours at no additional cost to the City. The contractor must also provide manufacturer literature with their bid and will be responsible for obtaining airport security identification badges for their employees.
