Description
The State of Ohio is soliciting a contractor to provide media buying services and campaign development, including artwork and creative materials, for the Ohio Department of Insurance. Pricing includes a commission percentage for media planning and buys and a separate campaign development cost. The opportunity is restricted to suppliers holding active Ohio Minority Business Enterprise certification at the solicitation closing date, with certification in the applicable UNSPSC code. Respondents must submit proof of Ohio MBE certification, a current certificate of insurance, the required offshore-services affirmation and disclosure form, bidder experience documentation, and a candidate experience form with the proposed campaign manager's resume. The bidder must demonstrate public-sector media-buying experience within the last four years on campaigns valued at $100,000 or more; the proposed candidate must have at least two years of experience managing campaigns valued at $100,000 or more.
