Description
Wylie ISD is requesting proposals for a wide range of building maintenance supplies, services, and equipment. This is a qualifying solicitation to establish a list of approved vendors. When the district needs supplies or services, it may contact qualified vendors for estimates. All purchases will be made on an as-needed basis with no guarantee of a purchase order. Multiple contracts may be awarded. The solicitation covers categories including appliances, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pest control, and more. Vendors must provide a discount off catalog or price list and an hourly labor rate for installation and repair. The contract term is from August 17, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with auto-renewal options through August 31, 2031.
