Description
This solicitation is for a modification kit, part number 3325/676RR, manufactured by CAGE 59180. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) requires a quantity of 3 kits with a 100% option. The delivery destination is DLA San Joaquin, CA 95376-5000, with a required delivery time of 300 days. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination are stipulated. This is not a small business set-aside and is not a commercial item, with solicitations to be evaluated using FAR Part 15 policies. Interested suppliers can identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of the notice. Proposals will be evaluated using best-value procedures, considering Price, Past Performance, and Delivery. All offers must be in English and US dollars. The solicitation will be available on DIBBS (http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp) around June 30, 2026. Submissions are preferred via DIBBS upload; email submissions (not exceeding 15MB) should be sent to brice.royer@dla.mil. Some items may be subject to the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
