Description
The City of Ukiah is seeking approximately 1,100–1,200 100% polyester mesh reversible basketball jerseys in assorted youth and adult sizes. Each jersey must have a one-color front logo, sponsor name and individual player number printed on both sides of the back, with yellow on one side and white on the other. The solicitation also includes small-quantity youth and adult reorders. Pricing must include screen-print setup and custom logo creation. Jerseys must be packaged by team or sponsor, with the front screen retained for three months and sponsor screens retained for two weeks into the season. The initial order must be delivered within two weeks after receipt of order, and small reorders within one week; no delivery-time exceptions are allowed. The order is expected to be placed November 9–13, 2026, and is needed by November 30, 2026.
