Description
Greenbush is seeking qualified technology manufacturers, authorized resellers, distributors, solution providers, systems integrators, managed service providers, software publishers, cloud providers, and other technology vendors to provide products and services through competitively awarded cooperative contracts. Respondents may propose one or more categories rather than the entire scope. The scope includes end-user devices and peripherals; servers, storage, backup, and data-center infrastructure; networking and wireless solutions; communications, collaboration, and audiovisual technology; printing, imaging, scanning, and document solutions; software, licensing, cloud, hosting, and as-a-service offerings; cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, professional and implementation services, managed services, maintenance, technical support, education technology, financing, and technology lifecycle services. Vendors must provide a completed technical questionnaire, signature forms, pricing workbook, financial and manufacturer information, applicable warranty information, supporting pricing documentation, and subcontractor information where applicable. Resulting contracts may be awarded to one or more vendors, by category, product line, service area, geography, or other reasonable basis, with no guaranteed purchase volume or exclusivity.
